looking for a new hobby
Hello!
Just like the title says - I am looking for a new hobby, something fun and productive/relaxing to do with my time.
I enjoy reading and playing video games. I tried knitting and it was fine but didn't really stick. There was a time when I did a little bit of basic embroidery, I liked it and maybe I'll come back to it (I would greatly appreciate any tips/tutorials on how to move beyond the cross-stitch!). I'm not really good with drawing and painting - it's fun but I prefer things that are more "handy".
Recently I tried pottery (just hand-work, not wheel) and I love it! But unfortunately now and for the next few months I'm abroad and not able to continue this hobby - but I will be gratefull for suggestions about anything similar!
For attention - picture of my favourite pottery piece that I made (yarn bowl for my friend - very very amateur and the red glaze ran down but I'm soooo happy with the end result)!
