Replicator Weir

Once they accepted that Replicator Weir truly WAS Weir, and she tricked all the other Replicators into stepping through the gate into space, why not just hop in a jumper and pick her up, while leave the others in space? She could have worked in a human body alone.

I realize the true reason is that Torii Higginson didn't want to do anymore episodes, and they really weren't interest in bringing back Weir as must as bringing back Higginson's Weir. So Weir in F.R.A.N.'s body was just not worth it. But what in-universe reasons did they have for not getting her like they got Niam?
