Lf Semi anarchy server

Me and my 2 friends are looking for a semi anarchy server where grieifing and pvp is allowed with few mods (stuff like click villagers) or vanilla, whitelisted or non whitelisted is okay but smp has to be new like started 1-2 weeks before anything above it is a nono.
