Is glass tint legal in mumbai?

Hello. I have been planning to get a sun flim for my car. The installer says for windshield 70% visiblity and for window mirrors 50% visiblity is allowed. When i search on the net it says its not allowed only oem tinted windows are allowed .

So if anyone has info or have installed the tint , do let me know if its allowed.
