Oled white flicker random

So i got myself recently ASUS ROG Strix XG32UCWG (Oled monitor) and overall the monitor is good and nothing to complain about it aside 2 things....
1 the monitor take ages to wake up from screensave
2 the monitor it self has some random white flicker in some games like : black desert online, resident evil 4 RM and other games.

Is somone else facing this problem ? i thought could be the oled anti burn tech so i turn them off but those random flicker are still here...idk if i should return the monitor or im doing somonething wrong.
