eu pvp - arenas

Hey, so I used to play a lot of arenas back in the past. Let's say I was well above average, playing many private servers over the years with good results (top ladders).

Recently I came back to playing oh well... finding someone good is impossible. Everyone claims to be gladiators, chill and geared - while in fact they are max 2k material. Where to actually look for someone good to play with? Are there any discords, communities or anything?
