Speed Limit Icon Issues

I have a problem with my wife’s 2016 XC90. The speed limit reader icon suddenly will show the wrong speed limit. On our PA Turnpike where the limit is 70mph, it will show as 25mph and even will show school zones.

And now recently it has been showing speed limits in km/h….then jumping back to freedom units again.

Is it possible that it’s a software update issue? I’m sure it hasn’t been updated in a while.
