Is Varka Good?

So, I am wondering if varka is a good dps for my team? Since right now, I have around 55pity with guarantee on my account.If I get him I am ready to get his bis team in future(rn I don't have durin, and I feel like venti should get replaced). I am hesitant because of the problems I noticed during the trial and SQ. 1)He felt weak, Like he was C3R1 in SQ and was doing trash personal damage. 2)He needs a shielder, like bro was getting interrupted again and again, since I have weak wifi, it was hell to play him 3) My biggest problem is his supports, venti and Bennett, Both don't synergize well with varka, their burst duration just doesn't feel enough. Add to the fact that none of the supports are team wide and there is no dmg increase for durin(sub-dps) (Like I have flins premium team, all the artifact set, increase lunar damage, both flins and ineffa accession talents increase the lunar charge damage, columbina's burst increases the lunar damage, and sucrose and ineffa's burst increases the em, the damage just becomes insane) So in future nicole will have to be a shielder, a support and a healer to compete with Bennett and also I feel like venti needs to be replaced.
