[Seeking Advice] International Funding Leads for a STEM/Innovation Hub in the MENA Region

Hello everyone, I made this account to keep things professional since my main account is for hobbies and games.

I am the founder of a youth-driven innovation space based in Jordan. We operate as an NGO focused on bridging the gap between traditional engineering and modern tech and work market. We currently have a solid local footprint (active workshops, growing digital community, and consistent STEM content), but we’ve hit a ceiling with local funding sources which are often intermittent or tied to very narrow mandates and capacity.

We have built this initiative to be able to accommodate for projects, researches or education tracks of anything STEM related (except medicine), without having borders or distances be a problem. I am looking for international "non-dilutive" funding or grant opportunities/companies in China that support innovation infrastructure and technical capacity building in the Middle East.

I did some research and found some leads, but I think the language barrier is making the search take longer than it should, I would be grateful if you can guide me to websites/people that can make the search a bit easier.
