Lumpectomy scar cushioning help needed

Nurse sent me home with 5x7 abd pads to cushion my healing lumpectomy scar. works great as it’s under and in line with bra band

I certainly don’t need them anymore but looking ahead to summer heat and possibly bra band rubbing and need a small barrier. Anyone have a tried and true?
