I have some money in my TFSA I want to transfer for the “unreal” deal (I was already planning to bring it here but the timing worked out)

I opened a TFSA at Wealthsimple to deposit the funds, but now I see its transfers only.

My Wealthsimple TFSA has $0 since I just opened it and never funded it.

Anyone know if/how I can make sure I’m eligible? Basically screwed up and opened a TFSA instead of transferring, so now I might lose out on a few k.
