I started having 2-3 seizures always on the days I am starting my period, does this happen to anyone else?

I am 26 and have had epilepsy since i was 12. I used to have one every couple months. In the last two months, I have been having multiple in one day which never happened, and it is always right as I am starting my period. Does anyone else seem to get them more when their hormones are changing, and if you do, what do you do about it?
