It's interesting reading different people's interpretations of the Santos scene (S2E08)

I mean the Santos/Langdon/Joy scene.

Especially regarding the "Maybe we should recommend rehab? / Yeah, we could try" part. Obviously Joy was referring to the patient, but Santos glanced at Langdon before answering so there might be some amount of subtext/double meaning.

Some people think Santos was being hostile to Langdon during the entire scene and that this final sentence was her being sarcastic/flippant about Langdon.

Other people think that she was uncomfortable during the scene but that she was actually extending an olive branch at the end, with her genuinely meaning it when she glances at Langdon and saying "Yeah, we could try".
