assistant professor salary

What is the yearly joining salary (approx) of a fresh assistant professor with PhD and PostDoc experience from abroad in SIAS? any other perks (housing, meals, grants, etc.)? Is research encouraged or is it teaching heavy with minimal research? Is experience from a top university in West preferred? Thanks for the information.
