Honest question, no judgement. As a mercy main, how do you actually find the game enjoyable?

Pretty much as the title says. Like I am not trying to slam anybody for having preferences, I am genuinely curious, I have tried playing mercy a fair bit, and I just cant imagine how people find her fun. I have never seen people with higher hero levels than I have of those who main mercy. How do you do it?
