Stroke unit or ICU

Idk what to take for my continuing education here in Germany.

Stroke nurse (6 months) costs 2500€

Anesthesia and intensive care nurse (2 years) costs 7-8k€

I’m currently working in Stroke Unit, I just started last feb… work is 90% ward 10% monitoring/Intermediate care. (I kinda find it hard to work in ward setting, maybe because my experience was intensive care unit in 🇵🇭. So I don’t know, 🤷🏻‍♀️ my heart says do Intensive care. My brain says just continue with Stroke Unit. ☹️🥲🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
