Nodule shrank/disappeared after FNA

Had a very visible 2cm nodule on my left lobe. Got it biopsied a few weeks ago and results came back yesterday as Bethesda IV, suspicious for follicular neoplasm.

That’s all fine, but the nodule has basically disappeared since the FNA. I read this can happen if the nodule is fluid-filled/cystic, however mine has repeatedly showed to be solid. I also had a massive bright yellow bruise on my neck for over a week after the biopsy.

Has anyone experienced something like this?
