[KCD1] New to the game, can I stop the "A womans Lot" DLC?

I started the game yesterday and just finished what I thought was the intro.

Now I talked to Theresa and started a DLC story I think but I cant go back to the main game.

Do I have to start a whole new playthrough to stop this? I just wanna play the damn game on my weekend
