Fed up

I have a question I’ve been with my husband for 22 years I’ve been faithful to him. I after 22 years love him and am in love with him. But he is very jealous and has trust issues because of his past girlfriends I’m tired of being questioned and treated like if I have cheated, he says that when he question me, I get super angry. It’s because I’m cheating. I tried to explaining to him that it’s because I’m tired of being compared to his ex-girlfriend’s and treated like I have cheated because I get angry and defensive to him I’m cheating that’s what he says. I want your guys opinion. Thank you. 22 years of around the clock, having to explain to this man that I’m not proving to him that I didn’t. It’s a lot of work and I know why am I still with him?
