If you clean your own Airbnb, how did you decide your cleaning fee? And are two night stays worth it with a low cleaning fee?

We run an on-site Airbnb for max 2 guests. It’s just one bedroom and a bathroom, no kitchen. Cleaning is pretty simple: two loads of laundry + dryer and cleaning the room and bathroom. Takes about an hour total, not counting laundry time. My cleaning fee is €20.

We both work full time, so same-day turnovers during the week aren’t really doable unless it’s a weekend.
I use PriceLabs and set a 4-night minimum even though the city average is 3. Bookings slowed down and I’m pretty sure the 4-night minimum played a role. For high-demand weekends I dropped it to 3 nights and those booked quickly. I don’t mind because the higher nightly rate makes up for it.

Now I’m stuck with a bunch of unbooked Sunday to Wednesday gaps. Those nights are less popular and the 3-night minimum isn’t helping.
I’m thinking about allowing 2-night stays for those days, but I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle of a same-day turnover for a lower total payout. I’ve also considered increasing the cleaning fee to make shorter stays more worthwhile.

What would you do?
We are very much a Europe city trip destination.
