Walmart roll-off agreements vary, Walmart is moving toward shorter-term (1-year) agreements

I have hope when I moved to Walmart Bentonville to build my career, but there is no stable job and no strong management in company, who will come to work for 1 year contract and I don't see any other opportunities apart from walmart, ppl who are move it's not worth in my opinion, even some vendors also paying very less pay around $60/hr for Sr.Developers.
