does anyone else struggle with being stuck in a loop of daydreams?
i usually find myself lost in daydreams when I'm doing something monotonous or boring, like very realistic daydreams that make me zone out or start pacing about without realizing until a bit after. I also tend to forget what i was doing and remember after being caught in a daydream. as a result I end up working sloppily because i was not paying attention.
Initially pre diagnosis it was much more intrusive, id constantly get reprimanded for being dazed or an airhead, its more manageable now that im on fluoxetine but its still an issue that makes it hard to focus on anything at all.
any advice, or information on what this might be, any ways to deal with it?
