Advice please, abortion at 9 weeks

I made the decision to have an abortion and took the second set of pills today at 9am I was 9w 4d.I had no cramping or bleeding until I went to the toilet at 11am and had minimal amount of blood. I then felt my stomach turn and bloody water filled my pad and a small bit went onto the floor I then got scared so rang the helpline but they didn’t say much and told me to take 2 more pills after an hour. I then felt a gush went to the toilet and passed a rather large clot (I didn’t see it but it felt and seemed large) after this I’ve had bleeding but no more clots. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m not sure what to do as the helpline wasn’t very helpful in my particular situation as they had never heard of it.
