Customers of Rob Steins Jewelry

I would like to inform customer of the online website Rob Steins Jewelry. I have purchased from them since last year (June 2025) there have been items that are not Sterling silver but they state that all of their items are Sterling silver. I have been dealing with them for over a month about an Infinity Knot ring (price 19.99) which turned completely brass. I sent them pictures and I have gotten the run around. PLEASE BEWARE < Do NOT PURCHASE FROM ROB STEINS
