Booking Graduate Compass Interview 2026

Recently went through the full interview process at Booking for their Graduate Program Software Engineer 2026.

It’s 3 stages, with the main focus being on the last.

1. OA Assessment (2 multiple choice theoretical questions, 2 leetcode medium-ish problems)
2. Phone screening (more of a vibe check and to see if you’ve done your homework (e.g. “Why booking.com?”)
3. Final round that consists of 3 different stages:

• Behavioral questions (1 hour): 2 interviewers, about 8-10 questions.
• Technical interview (1 hour): 2 interviewers, problems similar to CodingDojo’s Kata (i.e. more OOP focused and not like the leetcode questions from the OA).
• Group Assessment (1 hour): 2 Agile Coaches/Engineering Managers that will assess your behavior when working in a group setting (~8 candidates) on a task.
