Cleanser for eczema acne prone

Hi,

I have really complicated skin eczema, broken barrier and closed comodogenes (painful acne). Can anyone suggest me a clenaser thats gentle enough, but wont clog my face further. I would like a clenaser thats good at removing spf and makeup, but won't strip my skin.
