Load order issue

Ive used GMC's map combo mods and they worked fine, but today i added the following mods:
DB Creation 1, 2 4 and 6
Realistic Vehicle Lights mod
True Mirror FOV
Serbian voice navigation
and now the game crashes when i open the map.
What did i do wrong?
