Medium (32") Or Large (34") boxer size ?

Hey everyone, I have got a bunch of boxers before but they weren't quite the right size, they are kind of tight but still wearable, The brand (which is a local one ig) doesn't have a size guide range somehow so I asked them about their size guide and they told me 30" small, 32" Medium, 34" Large.

My hipbone (where i wear my boxers) is 81-81.5cm (about 32") (83cm (32.6-32.7") if i allow some room with two fingers) My hips are 97cm And my thighs are about 55cm each.

Now I'm gonna size up but I'm afraid if I go with M they could be a bit small and now I'm confused between sizing up to Medium or Large. Any help ?
