Is it harder to drive during rush hour?

So I had to quickly book my practical for September in Chippenham, as my theory expires in December and that was the only available date.

The stupid thing is, I just booked the time that was there, and it’s at 8:30. Is it harder to pass during rush hour, or will I be okay considering Chippenham is small?
