PHOSPHATIDYLSERINE insomnia cure?

I’ve been dealing with insomnia for about a year now. Couldn’t fall asleep, couldn’t stay asleep, would wake up with rapid heart rate but no gasping to suggest OSA. I discovered my cortisol levels were elevated. I tried so many different supplements and meds and nothing worked.

Here I am on night 2 of PHOSPHATIDYLSERINE (PS), an over the counter phospholipid that has a myriad of benefits including cortisol reduction, and I’m starting to sleep again. I’m not talking about full nights sleep by any means. But I’m falling asleep and staying asleep and able to get back to sleep after wake-up’s. The sick feeling from sleep deprivation is gone. Pretty sure that was because of high cortisol levels in my system.

I take 100mg with dinner and that’s it. 300mg or more can actually cause insomnia. I use the Pure Encapsulations brand called PS 100.

Good luck everyone.
