Built a small tool to fix a messy WhatsApp → Excel workflow

We were collecting leads through WhatsApp groups and chats.

At some point we needed everything structured in Excel and it became manual copy-paste chaos.

So we built a small internal tool to export contacts cleanly.

Now we’re testing if this workflow problem is common or just us.

Would love feedback from anyone managing business contacts on WhatsApp.
