Suggestions for empty roads/grounds to learn driving near KR Pura

Hi all, my sister has her DL(got it through Driving School, she also took driving class), but is a noob when it comes to driving a car. So, I want to know where I can teach her to actually drive around KR Pura, either an open ground or any area with empty roads would be ideal. So, if anyone knows such a place, please provide the location.
