Looking for devs to help with a game

So I'm looking to develop a game, I already have a concept and ideas and I'm currently making models of the main characters before starting any development for the game. The main idea was to do this on godot.

However, I've realized that for whatever I want to do, it may be too much for me to do by myself and have something in a reasonable time frame. Due to this I'm looking for a co-dev or to form a small team to get this going. I need at least 1 person with experience since this is my first time doing game Dev and 3D modeling.

My plan is to release a short free version 1 and have paid updates over time for new characters and scenarios. I'm also clueless on how to distribute payments once we have more versions release.
