Footwear Recommendation

I’m a brand new rider and I’m not sure if I need riding boots or if I’ll be okay in my Ariats or DryShods. If I should get boots, I’m not sure what kind I’d need. I’m planning on riding very casually on trails and around my property. This is also my first manual dirtbike, so I want whatever I wear to be comfortable while shifting. Any recommendations on what I should wear are greatly appreciated. For context, I’m a female so if there are any specific recommendations anyone has, it’d be great if they were available in my size.

Also, any recommendations on other must-have items? I have a helmet and goggles already.
