Masseuse North Hills?

Can anyone recommend a good massage therapist, preferably on the more affordable side and in the North Hills? I've been having crazy neck and shoulder pain lately (getting older + manual labor) and before I consider a going to a PT I'm hoping a good massage might alleviate some of this.
