Question about ranked profile borders

So i came back to League 6-8 months ago after quitting in 2013 and yesterday i got promoted to Silver, so im wondering do i get the silver profile border in 2 days when Demacia Rising ends or do i only get them when the split ends in April?

im asking because i want to know if i can keep playing without the worry of demoting and losing the border or do i wait 2 days before queing ranked again

ty in advance
