15T MEDEVAC AD vs NG

I’m in my reenlistment window and debating if I should reenlist to PCS to a medevac unit or join one in the guard instead. If I reenlist which dustoff units out there have the best culture/location? And is there a big difference in mission set for guard vs ad dustoff?
