23F | 25k | Makati | How much do you save every month?

Hi 23F I just started working and i wanna have an idea lang like magkano po na ssave nyo every month? (Specially those who earn 20k+) I'm really struggling saving money kase tumutulong ako sa family at ayaw ko talaga tipirin sarili ko when it comes to food. Lagi akong na gguilty kase wala pa akong naiipon sa totoo lang, and sometimes i get jealous sa mga officemates ko na solo nila ang sweldo nila kaya it's easy for them to save. Pls don't get me wrong, i love helping my family di naman ako nagrereklamo hehe. So yeah, pls give me an idea po hm ba baudget nyo sa food every month and savings just to have an idea if sobra ba talaga ako mag budget hehe. Thank you so much in advance!
