USB stick advice

We picked up our Duster (2023) a few weeks back. It's a great car. But man alive am I struggling to get the music working properly.

I'm using a USB stick, but it's only showing around a third of the artists and tracks. It's FAT32 formatted, with artists/album folders. All MP3.

I've tried three different sticks with only one readable. I think I'll buy a brand new stick to start from scratch.

Any advice would be appreciated.
