Change the Rules

Why is it that the Nuggets are seemingly getting penalized for playing good, ethical basketball while the Thunder are getting rewarded for playing cheap, dirty, floppy basketball? Shouldn't the rules reflect that? The incentives and disincentives should be consistent with the brand of basketball that we are trying to promote. What's stopping the Nuggets from doing that, and would that be a step in the direction that improves the product? No. So fix it. Fine and suspend the stupidity more and encourage greatness. The game will be in more respectable place.
