High SHBG after years on finasteride - has anyone recovered?

36M, been on finasteride for hair loss for several years. Recently got bloodwork done and here are my results:   

• Total T: 750.3 ng/dL (normal/high) 
• Free T: 0.757% (very low - ref 1-3%)  
• SHBG: 104.6 nmol/L (very high - ref max 77.6) 
• E2: 36.1 pg/mL (slightly elevated) 

**Symptoms:**

• Chronic fatigue
• Major depression 
• Low libido
• Poor gym recovery 
• Brain fog 

Stopped fin a few weeks ago. I'm also starting supplements (boron, magnesium, D3, zinc) to help lower SHBG naturally.

 1. Has anyone had similarly high SHBG from finasteride? 

2. Did your SHBG drop after stopping? How long did it take? 

3. Did your symptoms improve naturally or did you need TRT/Clomid? 

4. Any other tips for lowering SHBG naturally? Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who's been through something similar. Thanks in advance.
