Help no vidéo signal

Good morning,

I'm making this publication because I'm setting up a small computer for my little brother:

- Intel 6500

- gtx 1050 2g

- MSI h110m eco

Without the graphics card everything works I have a video signal with the motherboard however from the moment I connect the graphics card, nothing more. No more video signal either on the graphics card or on the motherboard.

Do you have a way to solve the problem? I will try the graphics card on another PC as soon as possible.
