Magic V3 apps failing to load

I'm getting pretty fed up of apps just failing to load entirely, stuck on their loading screen, - this happens all the time and I have to restart the phone about 5 times a day. Also my phone can't and won't vibrate when recieving calls, and notifications are all over the place. I've tried clearing cache etc and I've done multiple factory resets, I honestly feel like this phone is plagued to the point of being unusable - are these common issues or do I just have a dud somehow?
