How will my working visa application unfold within 1 month?

Hello dear friends, currently I am applying for a working visa because I'm going to work overseas and I wanted to know the outcome/whether there will be a delay in the application process so I asked the question as shown in the title, I used 3 cards spread and with intention that the central card being the core energy of the spread. Here is what I got

Sun (31), Clover (2), Mouse (23)

So my interpretation would be the application process is positive/approved(sun) relatively smooth (clover) and might move quicker (mouse) than I thought.

I am a bit confusing about the mouse card as it is a slightly negative card by nature. So any advice? I would be appreciated to know your view. Thanks in advance.
