Doris' key of theater ?

Hi. I need to go to the Doris Fletcher Theatre, so I'm trying to get to the back entrance, but the key to the back window/door isn't working. Where can I find it? Thanks a lot.

I'm trying to kill everyone in this game, could that hinder my progress?
