Genuine question regarding leaving Islam and joining another abrahamic religion

If you as an ex Muslim, leaving the religion and joining another abrahamic religion, why? I used to think Christianity is beautiful until I read the bible and compare it side by side with the Quran.

And when I hear ex Muslims are joining another religion such a Christianity. I wonder why. Maybe someone can explain their reasoning on this ?
