Worth getting one in London?

It would be perfect for me in London. I live up three flights of stairs making an e-bike not practical and can’t afford a car. I see people riding around on e scooters a lot but I’m afraid of getting it taken by the police. Is it worth it?

Hopefully they’ll be legal by the end of the year 🤞
