How bad is Indianapolis at its job?

Last two packages to my house in SW Ohio:

1. Left N.J., got to Indy, then went to Greenville, S.C. on the day it was to arrive, to Cincinnati, to my house two days late.

2. Left Boston, got to Indy, and this morning, the day it's due? Arrived in St. Louis. distribution center.
