Unrealistic goal: employer asking me to headhunt and find candidates for operation experience role within three days

My only experience is with student clubs not MBA experienced individuals. They assigned it on the 25th and it’s due today. Do they forgot were students as well? And I cannot even login to their employer email. They also changed hours and halved it.
