Question about Legionella in a condominium

I am a uni student, i have been away from my apartment i rent for uni for 2 months, and yesterday i got a mail saying they found Legionella in the waters of all the condominium and they got some experts to take care of it this morning.

My Father went there today to clean/replace the water filters and to let hot water run for around an hour .

I have to restart uni tomorrow, and the will retake the test for infection in 2 weeks. How can i wash myself there (showering and washing my hair)? Can i use water if let it flow Hot for 10 min before using it? does anybody have some advice?
